University Strategic Plan 2009-2012

South East European University has published the Strategic Plan 2009-2012.

“When you sponsor a student's education, you invest in everyone's future”

SEEU’s “Career Fair Day” promoted a “Sponsor a Student program”

The objectives of this program are:

> to provide employers with an opportunity to shape the future workforce of the country, whether that be specific to individual company needs (talent recruitment) or to the general needs of today’s global economy;

> to provide employers with an opportunity to support young and bright people from Macedonia by helping to cover the financial burden put on them as students;

Since its establishment the university has put a special emphasis on cooperation with the business community, recognizing it as an important partner in the further development of the University and the existing curricula.

However, although acting as a unitary unit at the macro level, the job market is comprised of individual employers who have special and specific needs that often deviate from the aggregate needs and requirements of the job market. This is the motivation to establish a specific opportunity for our partners to shape the future workforce (our graduates) to better match the specific needs of their individual companies.
